The "Mary Doe" Affidavit

"I am presently pregnant with my
fourth child and am very disturbed
at the thought of carrying another child,
as I feel I cannot care for the
child properly.

"I am very nervous and upset at
the thought of raising another baby.

This statement is simply a lie.

Sandra was nervous and upset
- at having to live with
a convicted child molester…
- not knowing how her babies in
foster care were doing and who
was watching them.

Sandra says this is an
Out-and-Out Lie.

Sandra always asks
Sybil, her close friend,

Consider:                                
"Why would I seek out a lawyer
to get my children out of foster care
and returned to me
if I could not cope with
the responsibility of caring
for my own children?"

This is simply not true.
These words hurt Sandra
the most.

She has always tried to be the best
example she could be to her children,
regardless of the circumstances.
Her life has been one long sacrifice
for others.

At the time her children were taken
from Sandra, she was gainfully
employed.

She had never been on drugs or
abused alcohol.

Sandra's stepfather had made it clear
when he married Sandra's mother
3 weeks after Sandra's father died
that he did not want Sandra
and the children around.

When Sandra became pregnant
with her fourth child, her stepfather
announced that he had endured
enough.

Sandra's stepfather gave inaccurate
information to authorities to have her
two oldest children placed in foster care.

"I adopted out a third child last year.
I feel I cannot love another baby
and I am depressed all the time
thinking about my pregnancy.
I do not want another baby.

This simply is not true.
Sandra was not
depressed all the time.

Life was difficult during that period
because of a child-molesting husband
and two children taken from her
because of her stepfather's lies.
These were the issues in Sandra's life.

Seeking an abortion on behalf
of this poor woman is a
lie concocted by Margie Pitts Hames.

This attorney was preying on
Sandra's innocence and ignorance.

To figure out this case
you have to look no further
than Planned Parenthood,
the other corporation and 23 individuals.

The plot to get Sandra an
abortion was a gross lie,
too large of a lie to even describe.

These people were deceitful people
who would have used anyone
else as simple and innocent
as Sandra, but they settled on Sandra
because she had so many legal problems
in her life and those problems
would have kept her distracted.

Sandra's ignorance,
innocence and trust
assured them
they had the right "ticket"
to the Supreme Court.

Sandra did give up her
4th child for adoption.
She never sought an abortion
and never in her life considered
having an abortion.

Sandra never was in favor
of abortion.
She never considered abortion
and always believed abortion
for her was a very wrong thing to do.

Sandra never considered taking a child's life.

This statement is factually true
but very misleading.

Central State is a mental hospital.

Sandra was there for a few days
to be observed.

Sandra's stepfather provided
misinformation to the hospital
which led to Sandra's observation.

Sandra has never been readmitted.

"and I am afraid I will end up there
again because I am so nervous
over being pregnant.
My health is poor and the thought
of carrying another child for nine months
and having to give it up again
makes me feel like crying all the time.

"I know if I had to give another baby away
I would end up in Milledgeville for sure.

Sandra did place this baby for adoption.

It was heart wrenching and difficult
but Sandra wanted to do what was
best for her child.

Repeating the facts -
Sandra's stepfather provided
misinformation to the hospital
which led to Sandra's observation.

Sandra was never been readmitted.

It is an absolute lie to say Sandra
knew such things about abortion at that time.

Sandra was never told
about the effects of an
abortion at any time by
the people involved in this case.

Sandra was never told that she
was even involved in an abortion case.

Sandra's name was used and abused.

This is the height of all the lies
contained in the affidavit.

Sandra's "lawyer" and Sandra's mother
did try to arrange an abortion
for her before the case was heard
in an Atlanta Federal Court.

Horrified at such a plan,
Sandra fled to her husband's family
in Oklahoma to avoid being forced to
have an abortion.

She only returned to the Atlanta area
once she received assurance
that she would not
have to undergo an abortion.

Sandra never had an abortion.

"I feel that after this abortion is performed
that I do not want any more children.

"I desire to be sterilized, in any manner
the Doctor sees fit, at the same time
as the abortion is performed."

Again, the affidavit includes
still another lie.

Sandra's attorney
and Sandra's own mother
forced this decision,
and it happened.

Sandra found herself alone in
a hospital room after giving birth
to her fourth child who was
given up for adoption.

Her husband was not around.

He was in trouble with the law, again.

At this most vulnerable time,
Sandra was again pressured
by people who wanted to control her life,
people who used her circumstances
for their own gain
and Sandra was sterilized.
