The Term - "Aborted Woman"

FAWNN Ministries upholds
the belief that
the term
"Aborted Woman"
best describes
the surviving mother
in the aftermath of abortion.

"Abortion is the separation
of the fetus [unborn child]
from the mother."

Bernard Nathanson, M.D.
ex-Abortionist turned Pro-Life
Author Aborting America

The mother's womb is where
Satan craves entering
to destroy what God created
in His own image.

The battleground
is the mother's womb,
the secret place where God intended
for the highest order of life
to live
and grow in safety.

The Term "Aborted"

To cease to be.

The Term "Aborted" in the obstetrical meaning

Two (2) distinct people having been separated from one another through abortion, i.e. the aborted baby from his/her Mom and the aborted mom from her child

Term
"Aborted Woman"

A term describing any female who has been separated, willingly or unwillingly, from her unborn child as a result of the premature removal of her child from her uterus, customarily by a doctor practicing medicine outside the norm of

"Do No Harm."

Term
"Post-Abortive Woman"

A term describing a woman who has come through an abortion.

A term describing one person.

There is no "Us."

"Aborted Woman"
The More Apt Description

     A woman/teen becomes an Aborted
Woman/Teen at the time of the abortion when she
and her baby are separated.

After the abortion,
the Aborted
Woman/Teen steps
into the empty position
of
Mom-without-her-Child.

Whether a willing or unwilling participant,
Aborted Women/Teens, after their abortion, frequently feel alienation as they slip into any combination of

  • denial
  • shame
  • guilt
  • self-destruction
  • secrecy,
  • silence
  • pain
  • the list goes on . . .

More reasons why the term
"Aborted Woman"
is an Apt Description

1.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" invites
the first glimpse at the truth.

2.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" opens
the door so her feelings may be expressed –
     secret, hidden, and hurtful feelings.

3.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" encourages
the desire for a reconciled relationship between
     mother and child.

4.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" allows
thoughts of her lost child to play an essential
     part in the healing process.

5.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" invites
the Biblical truth --- that God's grace has been
extended to each baby in respect to their life
in the presence of the Living God, right now.

6.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" offers
the opportunity for her to honor the memory
of each and every baby who lost his/her life
     in the womb.

7.  Because the term "Aborted Woman" invites
the Biblical truth --- God desires that every mom
accept His Grace and His Mercy.

The truth of the Living God
recognizes
the existance of a relationship
between
an Aborted Woman
and her Aborted Child.

In the Healing Process for
    Aborted Women/Teens . . .

1. The Living God wants all Aborted Women/Teens
to be reconciled to Himself through His Son, Jesus
    the Christ.

2. The Living God wants all Aborted Women/Teens
to know that they are still moms following the
    abortion.

3. The Living God wants there to be a reunion of
mother and child one day in Heaven, made
possible only because an aborted woman/teen
accepts Jesus as her Lord and Savior; thereby
receiving God's forgiveness for all past sins.

4. The Living God wants all Aborted Women/Teens
to serve and worship Him, above all others.

Thou shalt have
no other gods before me.

The Prophet Moses
                           Exodus 20:3

All Aborted Women/Teens
      should move forward
          through the Healing Process
              under the covering
                  of God's understanding.

We all are created
         in God's image,
               for the purpose
                     of bringing glory to God.

        We do that
            through our personal relationship
                 with God.

Psychology
has Profound Limitations

in Leading
Aborted Women/Teens
through the Healing Process

Psychology God's Holy Bible
Psychology is a practice
with a humanistic basis,
pillared on teachings
of humanistic founders.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
     Psalm 118:8

As for God,
His way is perfect.

      Psalm 18:30a
Psychology supports
man as sovereign
over himself, rather than
God as the sovereign
Authority.

There are many devises
in a man's heart;
nevertheless the counsel
of the Lord,
that shall stand.

      Proverbs 19:21
Psychology utilizes
man-made therapeutic
techniques, not Bible
based truths.

Trust in the Lord with all
thine heart; and lean not
unto thine own
understanding.

In all thy ways
acknowledge Him, and
He shall direct thy paths.

      Proverbs 3:5-6
Psychology
does not require
its practitioners to be
reconciled with God.

Look unto Me, and be ye
saved, ALL the ends of
the earth.

For I am God,
and there is none else.

      The Prophet Isaiah 45:22
The field of Psychology
does not proclaim
abortion as an act
of murder,
as God's Word proclaims.

Hands that shed
innocent blood
-- doth the Lord hate.
-- an abomination unto
Him.

      Proverbs 6:17b

The wicked sitteth in the
lurking places of the
villages; in the secret
places doth they murder
the innocent; their eyes
are privily [secretly] set against the poor.

      Psalm 10:8

Thou shalt not kill.
      Exodus 20:13

Further Limitations
of
Psychology

     Psychology cannot fully
apply the teachings
of truth in the Bible,
unless the practitioner
acknowledges three (3) basic Biblical truths
as fact.

1.  The existance of One Sovereign Creator God,

The Lord
hath prepared His throne
in the heavens;
and His kingdom
ruleth over all.
     Psalm 103:19

Psalm 135:5 and
Genesis 1:1

2.  Satan, the adversary, is the author of

 abortion, (John 8:44)  and

3.  Jesus, God's Son, conquered the sting of

death on a cross to pay the penalty for our
sins, and rose to life on the third day to bare
witness that His sacrifice satisfied all the
requirements of the Just and Holy God.

                                                        (1st John 1:7)

Only those people
who have a personal relationship
with the Living God
through His Son, Jesus Christ,
can direct an Aborted Woman/Teen
to a
reconciled relationship
with Almighty God.

~ After Abortion ~

Through the Grace of God,
everyone
who has been directly involved
with an abortion
can receive healing.

Healing takes place in layers.

The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
      Psalm 145:8

He [the Lord] healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

Psalm 147:3

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
      Psalm 46:1

As for God, His way is
perfect, the word of the
Lord is tried:
He is a buckler to all
those that trust in Him.

      Psalm 18:30

For Thou, Lord,
art good,
and ready to forgive;
plenteous in mercy
unto all them
that call upon Thee.
     Psalm 86:5

How beautiful are the
feet of them
that preach
the gospel of peace,
and bring glad tidings
of good things!
